Registration
- DMO registration is $99 for early registrants (by August 31, 2019). It is $125 after August 31.
- Industry partner staff and members may register at the same rate as members. A list of these partners is found on the agenda program page.
- Non-Member registration is $225
- Student Registration is $59
- Allied Members are complimentary (up to two people)

Hotel
We have a hotel room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Culpeper. VADMO has secured a room rate of $113.05 which includes breakfast at the hotel. Reservations for this special rate may be made by calling the number below.

Meals
We will have a reception on September 10 before people can go out on their own or as a group for dinner. Culpeper has numerous great restaurants.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. Refreshments and an early lunch will be served at our meeting venue using local food trucks.
Transportation
Directions to the meeting locations will be sent to all registrants. We are working on securing local shuttles to the off-site meeting location and will let registrants know about these schedules closer to the meeting.
Bonus for Early Registrants
The Library of Congress (LOC) Packard Theatre Campus (Audio-Visual Conservatory) has agreed to VADMO me take the first 30 people who sign up for this event on a private group tour of their campus/operations.
