The Virginia Tourism Summit & VACVB Annual Meeting is the association's event of the year. Over three days in April, the membership comes together for networking, information, education and celebration. The Tourism Summit & Annual Meeting is a great opportunity for DMO representatives to learn what products and services are available from the Allied members, not to mention the invaluable exchange of ideas and thoughts among other bureaus and organizations across the Commonwealth.

Registration

Registration fee includes two breakfasts, one lunch, two receptions, one dinner and all workshops.

Accommodations

Hotel reservations may be made with the Marriott Chesapeake. Call (757) 523-1500 and request the Virginia Association of Conventions & Visitors Bureaus (VACVB) room rate or go online to make your reservations. King and double rooms are available for $87 per night. The VACVB room block expires April 8, 2011.
